It didn’t start with a business plan.
It started at the corner of 17th and Verity — a quiet street where I caught fireflies in the summer, learned to ride a bike, and climbed the hill to watch the sunset spill across the river.

That’s where I first began to understand the feeling of home.
Not just shelter — but soul.

17th & Verity was born from that memory, and from the belief that home should reflect not just who we are — but who we’re becoming.
That beauty is not just something we see, it’s something we feel — something we return to again and again.

The name is a compass. “17th” is the place that shaped me.
“Verity” means truth.

Together, they hold everything this work stands for:
A return to what is real, what is beautiful,
and what endures.

Because we’re all becoming —
and if we allow it,
home can help shape who we’ll be next.
